I hold a Bachelor's in Social Work from the University of Montana and a Master's in Social Work from Walla Walla University. Raised in Montana, I am committed to providing exceptional mental health care to our rural communities. As a second-generation social worker, I’ve been shaped by the influences of my mentors in the mental health field, which deeply informs my approach to therapy.
When I’m not at work, you’ll likely find me running or walking with my dog, trying new recipes in the kitchen, relaxing by Montana’s rivers and lakes, gardening, or spending quality time with loved ones.
