Bridger Peaks Counseling welcomes applicants to reach out if interested in joining our team in Bozeman or Missoula. We are a group of mental health professionals who believe in giving the highest quality care to our clients. We want to provide services that meet the needs of our community and change the conversation about mental health so people feel comfortable getting the help they need.
We are excited to welcome any LCPC, LCSW, SWLC, PCLC or dually licensed clinician who has a current Montana license and at least 1 year of outpatient mental health experience which can include internship work. Supervision is provided for SWLCs, ACLCs, and PCLCs.

This is a W-2 position.
This position is located in our Bozeman or Missoula offices and will provide services in person there as well as via telehealth for clients located throughout Montana.
New client inquiries and scheduling, client paperwork, and insurance billing are provided by the office admins.
This full-time position is for 24 client hours per week.
Hours are flexible and can be 4 - 5 days per week, depending on your choice.
We do not require evenings or weekends, but clinicians may offer these hours if they choose.
Compensation is highly competitive in the Bozeman community, ranging from $60-$85 per client hour based on education and licensure.
